Sachin Persaud was called to the bar in 2006 and has been practicing litigation since 2005. He has extensive experience in municipal and insurance defence litigation and has conducted numerous trials and motions before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and is frequently asked to present papers and presentations on various municipal law topics.
