Scott Hamilton has worked in the municipal law field since 2002 in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in municipal defence litigation as well as a range of by-law drafting and enforcement matters. He has attended at trials and appeals, and has argued motions and attended at examinations involving complex municipal matters. Mr. Hamilton has authored articles that have appeared in a number of municipal law related publications.
